Didier Truchot said: “Over a period of seven years under Jim’s direction, Ipsos in North America has become an essential player in this market. It has become an organisation gaining the active support of its clients, highly satisfied with the expertise and commitment of our teams and the quality of the services they provide.
“We thank Jim for his substantial contribution over the years and are convinced that, building on these bases, Pierre will be able to continue from Jim’s legacy and contribute to Ipsos becoming the best research agency in its chosen fields of specialisation in this predominant market. More generally, Ipsos must continue its transformation. We need to be more effective in what we do and more innovative in what we undertake.”
