Toronto, ON – The orange crush that buoyed the federal NDP in Quebec following the Alberta Election has now spilled over into other parts of the country as the federal NDP has now surged ahead to take the national lead over the Conservative and Liberal parties, according to a new Ipsos poll conducted on behalf of Global News.
